Designing and implementing personalized photo workshops involves conditions that are completely the traditional touristic tours.
By choosing Amazing Earth Photography, you want to get away from the geographically beaten paths, to shoot at least 6 hours a day and be part of a small group (8 people max) in a friendly atmosphere.

En choisissant Amazing Earth Photography, vous souhaitez vous éloigner des sentiers battus géographiquement, faire de la photographie au moins 6 h par jour et faire partie d'un petit groupe (8 personnes maxi) dans une ambiance conviviale.

A deposit (see details in Pricing) and a signed Registration and Release Form (emailed to: contact@amazingearthphotography.com) will reserve a place for you on an Amazing Earth Photography workshop. Deposits have to be made by bank transfer to our account in Canada. Full payment of the trip fee is due at the arrival if you pay in cash* or 10 days prior to departure date if you choose a bank transfer.
*Given that via Internet, the customer never has absolute guarantee as for the bona fide of the organizers, we chose this payment method to save any concerns to both contracting parties.
Des arrhes (voir les détails dans la rubrique Prix) et un formulaire "Inscription et Décharge de responsabilité" signé (envoyé par courrier électronique à: contact@amazingearthphotography.com) vous garantissent une place pour l'un de des circuits Amazing Earth Photography . Les arrhes doivent être versées par virement bancaire sur notre compte canadien. Le paiement complet du circuit est du à l'arrivée si vous payez en espèces * ou 10 jours jours avant la date de départ si vous choisissez un virement bancaire.
*Etant donné que via Internet, le client ne dispose jamais de garantie absolue quant à la bonne foi des organisateurs, nous avons choisi cette méthode de paiement pour épargner toute inquiétude aux deux parties contractantes.
Inscription
Our prices include: transfer from the airport towards the place of lodging on arrival and departure, the different activities (except those optional), entrance fees to parks, lodging in double room occupancy (single accommodations are available for a supplemental cost), ground transportation during the trip in 4x4 or vans, our services as guides and photographers (minimum 6 hours of photos a day).
Our prices do not include: airfare, visa fees (if necessary), additional insurance, food and beverages, tips and gratuities, all personal expenses.
No dispute regarding the price of the trip will be taken into consideration on the way back. It is up to you to appreciate before leaving if the price is right.
Amazing Earth Photography reserves the right to change prices of these services once a year, both upwards and downwards depending on possible changes in currency rates, changes in the cost of transport, taxes and royalties, and increases in National parks entrance fees.
Deposit: between 1 000 and 5 000 US dollars: 1 000 US dollars / between 5 000 and 8 000 US dollars = 2 000 US dollars / more than 8 000 US dollars = 3 000 US dollars. The rest of the amount will be paid at the arrival if you pay in cash or 10 days prior to departure date if you choose a bank transfer.
Nos prix comprennent : le transfert de l'aéroport vers le lieu de l'hébergement à l'arrivée et au départ, les différentes activités (sauf celles en option), les droits d'entrée dans les parcs, l'hébergement en occupation double (des chambres simples sont disponibles moyennant un coût supplémentaire), le transport terrestre en 4x4 ou en minibus, nos services en tant que guides et photographes (6h minimum de photos par jour).
Nos prix ne comprennent pas : les trajets aériens, les frais de visa (si nécessaire), l'assurance complémentaire, la nourriture et les boissons, les pourboires, toutes les dépenses personnelles.
Aucune contestation concernant le prix du voyage ne pourra être prise en considération au retour. Il vous appartient de juger avant votre départ si le prix vous convient.
Amazing Earth Photography se réserve le droit de modifier les prix de ces prestations une fois par an, tant à la hausse qu'à la baisse en fonction d'éventuelles variations du cours des devises, des variations du coût de transport, des taxes et des redevances, ainsi que des augmentations d'entrée dans les Parcs Nationaux.
Arrhes: entre 1 000 et 5 000 dollars US: 1 000 US dollars / entre 5 000 et 8 000 dollars US = 2 000 dollars US / plus de 8 000 dollars US = 3 000 dollars US. Pricing / Prix
We must receive a written notice of your cancellation (emailed to: contact@amazingearthphotography.com) and you will lose 100% of your deposit if your cancellation happens 30 days or fewer before departure.
Cancellation because of Amazing Earth Photography
If Amazing Earth Photography has to cancel a workshop before departure, full refund of the paid trip funds will be given to you. However, you are urged to purchase appropriate travel insurance including trip cancellation and interruption insurance in the event of technical failure or disease coming from Amazing Earth Photography.
Nous devons recevoir votre avis d'annulation par écrit (courriel: contact@amazingearthphotography.com) et vous perdrez la totalité de vos arrhes si votre annulation intervient 30 jours ou moins avant le départ.
Annulation de la part d'Amazing Earth Photography
Si Amazing Earth Photography doit annuler un circuit avant le départ, vous recevrez un remboursement complet (totalité des arrhes et toute autre somme d'argent versée). Cependant, il est conseillé au client de prévoir sa propre assurance d'annulation-voyage et de transport aérien en cas de défaillance technique ou de maladie provenant de Amazing Earth Photography.
Cancellations and refunds / Annulations et remboursements
There may be situations beyond our reasonable control due to geographic, climatic, physical, or governmental restrictions that will cause further changes in timing, locations, and activities. You understand that there are no discounts or refunds for activities curtailed or otherwise affected by such circumstances.
Amazing Earth Photography will do its best in order to remain faithful to the established program.
However, you must be aware that some particular weather phenomena (storms, floods) can involve some modifications of the program in order to ensure your safety.
Amazing Earth Photography cannot be held responsible for the expenses caused by the consequences of the hitches or incidents independent of our will or acting against the safety of the tour.
With such personalized photo tours, you must be aware of potential unpredictable events.
Amazing Earth Photography will do its best to organize the changes.
En cas d'imprévu (impondérable technique ou météorologique, politique; catastrophes naturelles, grèves des transports, épidémies ou maladies...), si vous ne bénéficiez pas de certaines prestations prévues au programme, aucune demande relative à un remboursement de prestation non fournie ne pourra être retenue.
Amazing Earth Photography s'engage à tout mettre en oeuvre afin de rester fidèle au programme établi.
Toutefois, vous devez être conscient que notamment des phénomènes météorologiques (tempêtes, inondations) peuvent entraîner quelques modifications du programme prévu et ceci afin d'assurer votre sécurité.
Amazing Earth Photography ne peut être tenu responsable pour les frais occasionnés par les conséquences des contretemps ou incidents pouvant survenir et ayant pour origine des raisons indépendantes de notre volonté ou agissant contre la sécurité du circuit.
En réservant un circuit photo personnalisé, vous devez être conscient de la possibilité d'évènements imprévisibles.
Amazing Earth Photography s'engage à faciliter dans la mesure du possible les aménagements nécessaires.
Curtailed or modified stays / Séjours écourtés ou modifiés
Any request for modification of a tour emanating from the customer after the reservations were carried out will be regarded as a reorganization that could generate additional expenses.
If, before the departure of the customer, Amazing Earth Photography is constrained to make a modification to one of the essential components of the tour involving a significant rise of the price, the customer can either cancel his participation in the tour, or accept the modification suggested by Amazing Earth Photography.
Toute demande de modification d'un circuit émanant du client après que les réservations ont été effectuées sera considérée comme une restructuration pouvant engendrer des frais supplémentaires.
Si, avant le départ du client, Amazing Earth Photography se trouve contraint d'apporter une modification à l'un des éléments essentiels du circuit entraînant une hausse significative du prix, le client peut soit annuler sa participation au circuit, soit accepter la modification proposée par Amazing Earth Photography.
Modifications
Amazing Earth Photography workshops are open to everyone with a normal physical condition. However, some of our tours require the capability of walking for several miles over uneven trails and occasionally hiking at high elevations—all while carrying an assortment of camera equipment. If you have concerns about your own capabilities and/or fitness regarding a tour, please contact us before reserving a space.
Medical services or facilities may not be readily available during all or part of the trip, and that this includes emergency medical care, presence of physicians, and adequate medication. You are responsible for determining if your health allows you to participate. You release Amazing Earth Photography from any liability for accidents.
You agree to refund Amazing Earth Photography if medical assistance and repatriation is required.
For any medical information: mandatory or recommended vaccinations , authorized vaccination centres, recommended preventive prophylaxis, please contact your doctor.
We assume no responsibility for medical care or for special dietary requirements.
By forwarding a signed Registration and Release Form and trip deposit, you certify that you do not knowingly have any physical or other conditions of disability that would create a risk for you or other trip participants.
Les circuits d'Amazing Earth Photography sont ouverts à tout le monde avec une condition physique normale. Toutefois, pour certains de nos circuits, vous devez être capable de marcher pendant plusieurs miles sur des sentiers de randonnée et parfois à haute altitude, tout en transportant votre matériel photo. Si vous avez des préoccupations au sujet de vos propres capacités, merci de nous contacter avant de vous inscrire.
Vous êtes au courant des conditions d'éloignement des centres de secours dans lequel se déroulera l'essentiel du voyage, vous êtes donc responsable de déterminer si votre état de santé vous permet de participer aux activités. Vous déchargez Amazing Earth Photography de toute responsabilité en cas d'accident.
Par ailleurs, vous vous engagez à pourvoir aux frais d'assistance médicale et de rapatriement qui pourraient être engagés pour votre compte par Amazing Earth Photography.
Pour tous renseignements d'ordre médical : vaccinations obligatoires ou conseillé, centres de vaccination agréés, prophylaxies préventives conseillées, précautions à prendre, veuillez contacter votre médecin traitant.
Amazing Earth Photography n'assume aucune responsabilité quant à des soins médicaux ou à des besoins alimentaires particuliers.
En nous remettant un formulaire "Inscription et Décharge de responsabilité" signé et vos arrhes, vous certifiez ne pas avoir de conditions physiques ou de handicap qui créerait un risque pour vous ou pour les autres participants.

You are strongly urged to purchase travel protection insurance.
Amazing Earth Photography and ourselves act only as facilitators for you in regard to travel including, but not limited to, sightseeing, hiking, meals, lodging, transportation, and all other services whether by railroad, motorcar, motor coach, boat, ship or aircraft.
Amazing Earth Photography and ourselves assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any rent vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying you or in carrying out the arrangements of the trip.
Amazing Earth Photography and ourselves accept no responsibility for injury, damage, loss or additional expense due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, wild animals or pets or other causes.
All your belongings (luggage, any personal item and photo gear) are your sole responsibility.
A Registration and Release form must be signed by each participant prior to the commencement of the trip. Participation by any trip member will be declined in the absence of this signed form, with no trip fee refund. No modification to the terms of this form will be accepted.

Tous vos effets personnels, vos bagages et votre matériel photo sont votre responsabilité exclusive.
Un formulaire "Inscription et Décharge de responsabilité" doit être signé par chaque participant avant le début du voyage. En l'absence du formulaire signée, votre participation au circuit sera refusée et ce, sans remboursement possible. Aucune modification concernant les termes de ce formulaire ne sera acceptée.
Responsibilities and insurance / Responsabilités et assurances
Each day’s schedule may vary due to weather, which location we will visit, and how long we photograph while there. A typical day often starts early enough to enjoy the sunrises and the best light until about 10:30-11:00 am. Then, we think of lunch (or picnic, or restaurant meal). Concerning the off-peak hours for photography (ie, roughly, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm), we can visit museums, souvenir shops, visitor centers; we can make a good nap in the afternoon, discuss photographs and trips or read... again, complete freedom and we adapt. Then we shoot again from 4:00 pm until sunset... Then, we will eat at the restaurant. We can comment on pictures in the evening, sharing our impressions... Therefore, as you see it, the whole days are dedicated photography!
Concerning the typical days, we adapt and if one morning everybody is tired or if some want to stay asleep, no problem.
As it is clearly stated on our website, we try to share our passion for great outdoors and the American West in particular with other enthusiasts and in a friendly atmosphere.
Le programme de chaque jour peut varier en raison du temps, de l'endroit que nous visitons et du temps dont nous disposons. Une journée typique commence très souvent assez tôt pour profiter des levers de soleil et de la meilleure lumière jusque vers 10h30-11h00. Ensuite, nous pensons à aller déjeuner (soit pique-nique, soit repas au restaurant). Concernant les heures creuses pour la photographie (soit de 11h00 à 16h00 grosso modo), on peut visiter les musées, les boutiques de souvenirs, les centres des visiteurs, faire une bonne sieste l'après-midi, discuter photos et voyages ou bouquiner...là encore, totale liberté et nous nous adaptons. Puis on reprend les photos de 16h00 jusqu'au coucher du soleil... Ensuite, on va manger au restaurant. On peut commenter les clichés le soir, échanger nos impressions... Donc, comme vous le voyez, des journées entières consacrées à la photo!
Concernant les journées typiques, on s'adapte et il y a des jours où l'on peut faire la grasse matinée si tout le monde est fatigué ou si certains souhaitent rester dormir, aucun problème.
Comme c'est clairement indiqué sur notre site, nous cherchons à partager notre passion pour les grands espaces et l'ouest américain en particulier avec d'autres passionnés et dans une ambiance conviviale.
